PILATES

    Our mat classes honour classical sequencing while incorporating contemporary strength-focused variations, available across the timetable.

    Precision through resistance.

    Small-group reformer sessions designed to develop coordination, strength, and control using progressive spring resistance. Limited numbers allow for individual attention within a dynamic group environment.

    Structured resistance with vertical support.

    Tower sessions combine mat foundations with spring-based resistance to enhance alignment, strength, and stability.

    A fully equipped studio experience using Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, and Ladder Barrel.
